Hi,
I odered something from Alliexpress and everything was good but then when I went to check my delivery status, there was a notification saying that my shipment is cancelled. I tried to reach seller but they dont answer. My order (tracking) number is LF599059569CN . Please can you tell me what happend?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF599059569CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(ALIEXPRESS shipping platform )". This means your seller applied a tracking number from ALIEXPRESS, but never actually shipped anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.

Thanks for answer. But i got an e mail saying this:
"Your Order 97510783468153 has been shipped.
This is an e-mail notification to inform you that your order .97510783468153 has been shipped by the seller on 2018.12.30 22:58. You are advised to contact the seller for shipment information.

The Purchase Protection of order .97510783468153 will end on 2019.02.28 22:58."

It says here that order has been shipped but meanwhile i saw that is cancelled. Seller still doesnt answer on my messages.
