How long does it take to get the package after its status shiped by air ? Im from Eu Slovenia.

These days starts to count when china air get the pacakage or when so i can calculat when will be estimited arival ?? Beacuse its almost 2 weeks with no update.

you can not see new status after the parcel left china as none scan the parcel anymore.The parcel will seem to be stuck at its last china location for 2 to 5 weeks when it is actually outside china.
