I hope that you can help me .My order is stuck at "Send item abroad (EDI-received)",over 10 days there is no update.
Can you tell me where my package is.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china on Nov 15. now is rush season, parcel will travel about 2 to 4 weeks from china to Croatia receiver. you need some patient.
