Hello my package RF456698650CN didnt have updates for 40 days but when I track it on Turkish post today I got a new update with old date.

03/12/2016 Send item abroad (EDI-received)

Does it mean it arrived in Turkey?

1. No it means that the Turkish Post computer updated from China Post information.
