Hello!

I have sent the return item to the eBay seller about 2 months ago.
Here is the tracking number - RO156786183RU

I do not see any changes in the status for 6 weeks already.
Can you please tell me what is going on with my parcel???

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO156786183RU shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou on Jan 3. Normally it should be delivered within 10 days after arriving China.

Your parcel should have delivery problem. Please ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to arrange pickup. If 11185 can not find the parcel, it should be lost. You need contact Russia Post for insurance compensation.
