Hi, 2 weeks ago my package arrived in Shanghai and ever since it has gone thru a security scan (3 times now).

2016-01-12 20:06:37.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-01-13 02:40:11.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-01-19 18:35:22.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-01-19 21:23:02.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-01-26 18:36:33.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-01-27 11:26:26.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

Any idea what this means and when will it leave China? Tracking number is RH278156920CN.

based on my experience, looping in export scan is a bad news which means your parcel can not pass safety scan.

Well that sucks. Should I start a claim on eBay or should I wait a little longer?

you can wait one or two more weeks, if your protection is expiring, you should open dispute to ebay.
