Is my order RV498614956CN a scam? It says it has arrived in Toronto, will it be reaching me soon?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV498614956CN shows the parcel arrived Toronto on Oct 29. Normally you will get the parcel in 7 to 10 days after it arrives Canada.

If you can not get this item by Nov 10, you need open dispute to seller for refund.

it is not scam. but it seems the parcel is lost by Canada post.
