Hello,

RJ244629501CN showed "export customs scan', then "opening", then 3 days later "export customs scan" again.

Keyboard inside, no battery. Why does it need to go through customs twice???

Hello, thanks for your answer.

The seller told me that according to the tracking information the package has left china, but from what I understand it is stuck in china customs.

so where is it?

In the transit route, the parcel will stay in many countries ,many cities and many airports . Not all the location information will be updated into China Post database. you just need some patient and wait.

So did it leave China or not? Because last known location shows Hangzhou.

it might be still in Hangzhou, or have left Hangzhou but next stop did not update the information. you never know. in this season, it is more likely stuck in Hangzhou. Also make sure there is no battery inside.
