Can someone tell me where my package is? RF132336851CN It's been saying it in the same spot for Three week now?

your parcel is outside china now. normally you can not see new status after parcel it left china. the status-no-update time might be 2 to 4 weeks until the parcel arrives your country.

No. you can not know exact location after parcel left china.
