http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY518377272CN shows the parcel was returned from China Import customs on Aug 25. it must have something which is not allowed by airline or customs . You won't get this item in future.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

your parcel was returned by customs. You need open dispute to seller for refund.

i allready started dispute 21.aug but aliexpress canceled it because it's still on the way. Can you help me, or type what can I do right now?

you need escalate the dispute to aliexpress and claim refund again. you can't get this item in future, it was returned .
