http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY306895671CN shows your parcel was shipped from china to Serbia on Sep 24. After that date, the parcel disappeared.

Normally parcel should arrive Serbia in 2 to 8 weeks. The parcel should be lost. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for refund.
