Hello, I had sent off a parcel to the address I had put down on the 24th July 2020 but the recipient annoyingly only just gave me their correct address. I had tracked my parcel and I can see that you have attempted a delivery to them which is now back at your post office in Shanghai. Is there anyway for me to update the recipients address which is in also in Shanghai OR even get my parcel sent back to the original UK return address?

It seems that receiver address is wrong. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RY270151379GB was returned to local post office in 邮政浦东新区金桥投递. You can ask receiver call postman 孙涛，phone：15800616076 to pickup the parcel asap. China Post will NOT make 2nd delivery to new address.

If the parcel free storage time expires, the parcel will be returned to UK automatically. it will take about 2 to 3 months.

Hello,

My parcel RY270151379GB says that it has been received in Shanghai but you said that the address was wrong?This is not good. My parcel for return is worth almost £70. I have been waiting for months now. I don't even know what to do, this is all just ridiculously annoying.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY270151379GB shows the parcel was delivered on Sep 16.
