the 2nd item under this tracking number has been "Shipped to airline" for two weeks already. Is there any other information for that item available? And how long should I wait normally before its considered a lost item?

Philippines Post website shows the parcel arrived PHILIPPINES, Enroute to delivery office on Mar 14.

Normally Philippines Post does not make any delivery. You need pay some handling fee and pickup the parcel from your local Philippines post office. You can google Philippines Post phone number and inquiry pickup detail.

The seller used the same tracking number for two items I ordered from them with another 'Shipped by airline' update last March 19. Figured you'd have some more info about that status
