RV931079892CN tracking number and i order this at 4.6.2019 and still on air and no update I'm from turkey please help to me.

Shipping time from China to Turkey is extremely slow since 2 months ago. Many evidences shows the problem happened in Turkey customs. Not sure exact reason, but it seems that Turkey Post or customs does not have enough resources to handle too many parcels from China. Normally waiting time can take 30 to 90 days.

You can do nothing but waiting. If your buyer protection is expiring, please ask seller extend the protection or open dispute for refund.
