http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV513481698CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Nov 12. It is still waiting for flight to Philippines.

Such economical airmail parcel waiting time can take 4 to 8 weeks, you need some patient.

Once parcel arrives Philippines, Philippines Post tracking page will show its arrival post office . You MUST remember to pickup the parcel from local Philippines post office, Philippines Post office DO NOT make delivery.
