http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV487472086CN shows the parcel was sent to airline Aug 31. It is still waiting for flight from Shanghai to Slovenia.

RV487472086CN is an economical class airmail which has low priority to catch flight to Europe. Waiting time is difficult to predict. Normally it takes about 2 to 6 weeks, but occasionally it can take up to 4 months.
