Hi There
Seems like Item arrived Toronto on Aug 30. There is no update after that.
Please check and advise where is my parcel and how long it would take to get
to the final destination.

RV477154256CN is registered airmail which will not be scanned by Canada post. So you can not know exact situation of this parcel. Your seller made a bad mistake, he should use ePacket instead of such registered airmail to send parcel to Canada.

As parcel has arrived Canada for almost 4 weeks , it is very likely to be lost. And you can not ask Canada Post or China Post to find this parcel because it is not a traceable item.

If I were you, I will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
