Good afternoon. I have checked the above tracking number on your site and it says that it has arrived, however I can categorically tell you that it hasn`t. Can you please advise as to where they are.
I also have other items from you as well with the following tracking number:-
RV456532301CN
There are 2 items in this order, which also says that it has arrived and I haven`t received them.

Both parcels are located in Lithuania, it will take a few weeks to arrive in Spain.
