Why hasn't tracking info for RU005386590CN and RU005386586CN changed in seven days?

Went something wrong maybe?

There's no update since your parcel left China on jan 4 and it's waiting customs inspection in your country. Only when your local customs checks the package you'll see a status change.
Allow 10 to 30 days to reach your country.
