Someone else took. My parcel...you guys delivered in wrong address even it came. In my city then gone to delhi why? Why you guys give to someone else.

The parcel delivery is handled by India Post. Normally India Post will not make wrong delivery.(You can contact India Post for delivery detail).

If India Post did not make wrong delivery, it is very likely to be seller's fault: either he printed wrong address or he gave you other people's tracking number. No matter what is the case, you should open dispute for refund.
