Hello there,

Seller contacted me that there is a problem with this order. I contacted Dutch PostNL, but they have not received the parcel. I have ordered from this seller before and never had a problem. Is there any way you can see if there's a problem in China? Thanks so much!

RS414990751NL is Dutch Post parcel, i don't think you can find any information in China without seller's help.

Many China sellers use dutch post to ship battery item. There are some Dutch Post agents in China who collect parcel from China sellers , pack them together into a big package and ship them to Netherlands.

If your parcel shipped over 2 weeks ago and you still do not get information in Dutch Post system, the parcel might be lost by the seller's shipping agent. You should contact seller and ask for investigation and refund.
