Hi, this package left Guangzhou on 11.12 and not yet in Beijing. I ordered another package on the same day and it arrived in beijing after 3 days from leaving Guangzhou. Is it lost? Thanks

1. It's the Holiday Season mail is slow right now. One parcel from the other is not the same thing. You should no that, since you been ordering in China and it's not your first parcel that you order.
