I send package to my friend in China in Guangzhou and it's arrive Guangzhou city Post Office 广园中路Post Office delivery office on 20.02.2016 .

Could you please tell me when it will be deliver?

Normally parcel should be delivered in one or two days after it arrives delivery office. Your address should have some problem. you should ask your friend go to 广园中路Post Office and pickup the parcel asap.
