I would be glad if you tell me more and help. So I understand that the parcel RR054855586KZ from Kazakhstan "EMS Kazpost" send parcel to Thailand (Bangkok) through China (EMS) 35 days ago (09.12.2015 ) but parcel stuck in China. The RR054855586KZ didn't move since December 29, 2015 in China. I want to know the problem and when the parcel will move to Thailand? How long I have to wait my parcel?

it's not an EMS, is a registered mail and is not involving China.
Last tracking update is in Almaty leaving customs, you'll need to wait customs inspection in Thai
