Please help with finding out what is happening with the parcel. Is it being returned, or sent to the next destination?

RP640159587CN was sent to airline again today. Not sure if it can pass airline safety check point, you need wait another 2 to 3 days to see what will happen.

What is the item inside? any battery or chemical?

Thank you. Inside is a small amateur metal detector that should not have the batteries included.
