Dear Mr. Administrator - (Volunteer) :)

could you please help me or give me some information about my parcel (from China to Slovakia) RP335155814SG or what should i do.

This is my first time, i made order from China, exactly from meizusale.com so I am new guy in here and goddamn confused.
I made order and paid in February 10, 2016 and after cca. 26 days http://track-chinapost.com/ still reports me - No shipping record

I accidentally found other tracking http://www.sides for example http://www.track-chinapost.com/track.php?code=RP335155814SG&fc=0 and this side reports me that the parcel is IN TRANZIT (Singapore)??? what ... :)

As the paying method i used directly my credit card (no paypal) so in negative case propably i will not to have a chance get money back.

SHIPPING METHOD: (information- on my order 15-45days, so u should be still in tolerance)
Free Shipping China Airmail service (15-45days working delivery Need Order Over $20) - Free

After your Feedback and advices i will try to contact seller for any information.

RP335155814SG is singapore post tracking number. singapore post website only confirm that they have received shipping notice (from china) on Jan 3,16 but never actually received the goods. this is very strange. i think you should report fraud to your credit card company.
