Hi

My parcel tracking no is RP012698791NL.
It was shipped from Netherlands to Hong Kong on 24-5-2017.
The parcel was supposed to come direct to Hong Kong but
somehow landed in Beijing China on 01-06-2017 and now its showing in Mongolia since 05-06-2017 and there is no update after that. Can you please update me on my parcel?

Netherlands Post website shows the parcel destination is Mongolia not Hong Kong. The parcel is on the way to Mongolia.

Netherland website was showing destination CHINA on 1st of June. When the parcel left china on 3rd june and arrive in mongolia on 5th junr. Since then the parcel destination is showing Mongolia on theire website. The parcel was sent to Hong Kong from netherlands. The sender sent me all the shipping details of the address which were all correct. I dont know how it landed in china and then in mongolia. Pls help as me as the parcel is with your post china post.
