My parcel RN624668507CN has last been scanned 24 November 2015. That's more than 8 weeks ago. Where is my parcel? The seller is not replying to me, she just keeps extending my buyers protection. Items were bought 9 November 2015. Please can you assist? I'm in South Africa. Parcels that I bought 25 December, some have already arrived.

South Africa needs 30 to 80 days to deliver. Parcel left china november 24, you'll need to wait
