Dear China Post,

According to the track and trace my parcel with number: RN031352210NL has already been in chengdu for 10 days, but it still hasn't arrived at its destination. What should I do?

the parcel is in China Post 石羊场 office. ask receiver to go that office to pickup the parcel or call china post hot line 11185 to schedule delivery.
