Hello,
My tracking number hasn't been updated since this "2016-01-18 12:48:41郑州Transit Station export customs cleared". Where is my package, also when is going to be the next update?

RM666705320CN should have problem in 郑州. Normally it should be in Beijing or shanghai now. Wait one more week, if it still shows in 郑州, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

I dont know what is the exact problem. However, it should have arrived Beijing or shanghai long time ago if everything is ok.
