Hello,
I am wondering why my package has not been moved in over 13 days in the same location "Export Customs Cleared" why haven't my package moved? Is there something wrong?

nothing wrong. after parcel left china, its status will stuck at its last china location for 2 to 4 weeks without changing. it is normal.
