http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was just shipped 3 days ago. Now is rush season, you might get it by end of Dec.

yes. Normally parcel will wait in china for about 5 to 10 days in order to get sorted ,complete customs clearance and get shipping space. Then it will left China, travel another 3 to 5 weeks(being sorted again and again in different countries and airports) and then arrives your country.
