This mail was sent out almost a month ago. Why have I still not received it???

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel arrived china on April 4. you should call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry delivery detail. Based on my experience, it should have some delivery problem

You must have a friend in China that speak Chinese.
Just have him call the China Post Office to find out were is your parcel.
Or maybe go together in a Chinese Post Office to find out were or what is the problem with your parcel.

I have been told there is no problem with the package, it has been scanned through customs successfully but there is a backlog of mail at the post office. Is this correct?
