2015-12-29 10:30:59.0 Xiamen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
Receiver called Service Hotline. He was told that parcel is still on Customs. But the Details Shows that Customs is cleared. When could the parcel be delivered or picked up. It is very annoying that it takes so long time...

your parcel is in Hangzhou. Ask receiver to call 11185 and pickup china post office in 三墩

Sorry to ask again, but I called them.. They said the tracking number is wrong. But just 1 day ago, they told me my parcel is coming. How come they said now it is wrong? Can you please help me.. Again, my parcel number is RT854146425DE

I think you should go to China Post Hangzhou head office and talk to their manager asap. The parcel seems is on the way returning to Germany.

Now they have told me that my parcel just arrived in Xiasha, Hangzhou today and my parcel has no problem.. And I will receive my parcel tomorrow or 1 day before that. I don't know what to believe in.
