There is no improvement in tracking since 5th September which just says that it was collected,Please help.

It has just a polo shirt worth 39 dollars.I got it from polorlonsale.com.please help.it's been delayed a lot.the tracking says that it has been collected .

I hope the t-shirt is not a pirate brand. China Customs is very strict with exporting pirate items.You can wait one more weeks and see what happens. If still no update of status, you should open a dispute to seller and claim refund.

It's not a pirated shirt,is there some way I can contact China post regarding the shipping?it seemed to be stuck at one place.
