Hello,

My order RL046956058CN was shipped on 28-Oct-2014 by China Post. When I track the order the last update is of 02-Nov-2014. It shows location as 10010200 and status as "departure from outward office of exchange". There has been no activity for last 20 days. Where is my order and how long will it take to reach its destination in New Delhi, India ??

shipping from Beijing to India normally will delay in India customs. the delay time can be 4 to 6 weeks. you need some patient. the parcel should arrive by early Dec.
