Hi, can you tell me what is happening with my parcel sent to China, with tracking number RJ794378760GB.
On the tracking result page, it says "Unsuccessful delivery". What does this mean?

it means the parcel can not be delivered. you should ask recipient to call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.

Thank you. After how many times would the parcel be sent back to me in the UK if the recipient does not pick up the parcel?

they don't have specific schedule rule for returning. can be 1 week to 2 months, sometimes they never return.
