Can anyone help me figure out where my package is? It is a while now and I don't understand if it is on the way to Canada?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RJ638562996CN never leave Hangzhou. You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel.

So you think it is lost? Could the seller of got the package back or once sent they can't get it back? I don't trust the seller and they have given me some odd answers... Thank you.
