Hi,

Can someone help with meaning: Guangzhou airport safety check rejected?
Does this mean that I will not receive the package and I need to open dispute?

yes. you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

Thank you for the info.
Does it means that is sth wrong with the product or if a seller sends it again, it can pass the customs?

You can not know what is the reject reason. Often the reject is caused by unsafe contents in the parcel such as battery, chemical etc. Occasionally the reject is simply a mistake of officer. It might be resend , might not.

If I were you, I will open dispute to seller if I see any "reject" words in any line of my tracking result. Based on my experience, the chance of non-arrival is very very big when "reject" word shows in tracking result.
