When/where did you get this tracking number from?

Check with the seller if the tracking number provided is the right one and whether he has really shipped the product already?

(More often than not, it takes at least 3 to 5 days for tracking number to get reflected on the status update)

From the Ali express website for the order tracking details
I ordered it a week ago and I messaged him but have received a reply.

One week is a longer time for a shipping status not to get updated.

Contact the seller immediately. If he doesn't provide you a proper solution (i.e., a working tracking id) then open dispute to claim refund.
