Can you please tell me what the status of my package is? My tracking # is RI582054324CN

There were problems at customs? the package is coming back to the seller?

From where did you get the info of package returning back to seller ?

All I can see from your tracking ID's current status is, this "2015-09-08 07:59 The Shenzhen Exchange Bureau, have been exported to open"

hi mebaali, the strange thing is that the package went to Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Now coming back to Shenzhen

Oh is it! Sorry, I am not much of a help in that case. I guess only @chinapostvolunteer (admin of this forum) will be in a position to clarify on this re-routing/return of your package.

Hope things gets sorted out soon for your shipment!
