they are idiots dont have any responsibility what so ever never pick up their phones. All the people there are useless and have no job responsibility. Please can you contact them and seek out some information for me i can give you their contact numbers if you need

@pgoyal - Nope! I have never contacted Kolkata customs because contacting them will sure make my package's customs duty to go high (they think if we are in hurry that means the package is more worthy). Besides, I am from Tamilnadu so not possible for me to go there in person and give them any kickbacks (hafta) to expedite the process. All i can do is just to wait for Kolkata officers to release the package on their own.
