my tracking code is RI174246437CN

it has been 29 days since last update

2014-10-02 08:00:00 CHINA, BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
2014-10-01 12:49:00 CHINA, BEIJING Insert item into bag (Otb), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
2014-09-26 18:39:00 CHINA, 510010 Receive item from customer (Otb), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

it says parcel did not reach india. so where might it be.
please help.

the parcel is in Kolkata customs. if you can not get the parcel now, it should be lost in the customs.

How do you say that its in kolkata customs. if its lost how to get it back?
