Hi .
I am awaiting a parcel with the tracking number RI056997193CN for quite a while now
It shows that it got sent to South African to another City (Johannesburg) and has not come to my city Durban or to my Postal Address .

The reasoning says "Unsuccessful delivery".
PLEASE HELP as I need to get this parcel .

you should contact South African Post which is the delivery partner for China Post. the parcel is in their hand and you need to pickup by yourself.
