I think my package is lost. Three months without any update.

Can anyone help?

"2016-08-14 15:38:03.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs scan " means your parcel was returned to China from oversea. you can not get the goods anymore.

The parcel was returned by your country's post office. We can not know the reason from internet. Maybe you can check with your local post office.

Based on my experience, most common return reason is wrong address or receiver is not available when delivery was made.

I'd still like to receive my package, do you know where it will be and if there is an additional payment i can make to have the parcel redelivered

Unfortunately your can not arrange reship the goods even if you want to pay. the return procedure is one way to China. If your buyer protection is still valid, open dispute to seller for refund.

I've been working through the challenges of tracking the package. Was the package returned to the original sender?

1. There is no more tracking after this:
2016-08-15 13:12:04.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

2. Meaning the parcel was traveling inside China, did the sender receive the parcel, there is no tracking saying that. You should contact sender and he could possibly call China Post Hot Line: 11185 to find out about the parcel.

I have just been doing some research and it looks like you are being scammed by Shenzen Sungati Trade Co. Ltd http://www.sungati.com/. They are sending fake packages wasting your resources.
