Hi I ned some help,
My package was sent to a Courier around the 5th October and it seems to be stuck at - Inward Office of exchange in Shangai since the 13th of October .
Is this normal or not ?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php?code=RH250810046CN shows your item leaving Shanghai, not entering. If you see an item stuck at an inbound office of exchange in China, that's a bad sign, because it's getting returned to sender. But your item appears to have no problem:

2015-10-10 00:09:00.0 CN 20000062 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2015-10-10 00:24:50.0 CN 20000062 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
2015-10-13 13:20:00.0 CN CNSHAA Shanghai departure

After the item leaves China, it will appear to "freeze" at Shanghai, because nobody will scan it until it arrives at the destination country. The item should arrive in Sweden in 2-3 weeks.

hi do you know why my parcel going to Netherlands (From China), but I'm in France ?
Tracking number is RI642687326CN
Should I opened a dispute?
