According to MyParcels.net (http://myparcels.net/RH063834788CN) it passed the customs, however 1 month is a way too long. I don't want to be pessimistic, but with an above the average probability your parcel is lost. You can try to contact the seller/sender to ask him make a shipment search inquiry.
