Hello China Post,

My parcel tracking code is RG900664509CN. It has been more than 2 months and I haven't received my shipment yet. I checked on the system and found that my shipment is now at Vietnam Post Office in a wrong location: Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa, while my accurate location is Ho Chi Minh City (+700000). Can you please contact the Vietnam Post Office to adjust my accurate location and if possible, my phone number (+841694230789) so that I can receive my shipment soon? Thank you.

Hi again,

I contacted Vietnam Post and they said that the recipient's address on my parcel is wrong. Therefore, it is shipped to Nha Trang instead of Ho Chi Minh City. Is there any way to change my address correctly? The Post Office cannot change the address as it has to be done by the sender. I suppose that it is either the courier or the company that took my order. Can you please help me with this? Thank you.

If Vietname Post can not change the parcel to correct address, I believe sender can not change it either. If this is seller's mistake for writing wrong address, you should open dispute and claim refund for non-arrival order.

As far as I know, none can change address after parcel is shipped.
