Where is my package? The registered air mail number is RG318408840CN. The tracking wasnt updated since it was scanned in Beijing on Feb 19th. Meant to reach Australia. AUSPOST told me they have not received such package in Australia. So where is it??

normally parcel should arrive Australia in 30 days. If not , you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
