Showing 'Send item abroad (EDI-received)' next office 'KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE' Since last 2 weeks..
Could someone please help me to find where my percel are now.

the parcel is in Kolkata waiting for import customs clearance. the procedure might take up to 6 weeks.

Sir, I ahve contacted to kolkta custom but they have told me that the item still not recieved to them....So can you please tell me where the item now because already 24 days gone.

Kolkata customs does not tell you the truth. they tell every one that every parcel is not in their hand.
